Toyota has added the 2011 FJ Cruiser to their website! We've already heard of '11 FJC's showing up in dealer showrooms, so we're happy to see it on the site as well. One big thing we noticed is that the '11 Trail Teams Edition doesn't appear to include a hood blackout like the '10 TT did, probably due to the darker color. Several websites are reporting that beginning December 4th, the right hand drive FJ Cruiser will be available in Japan. This is not terribly surprising since we already knew it was coming to Australia, nevertheless it's great news for FJ lovers everywhere. We found the story on The Financial.

Finally, after dozens of rumors regarding the FJC being cancelled, comes this doozy outfrom TheAutoInsider.com. According to the site, Toyota is in the planning stages to produce a smaller version of the FJ Cruiser based on the Rav4 platform. The rumored "CJ Cruiser" may arrive in 2012 and will have a slightly different target market. While we would be excited about a new lineup to the FJC world, we'll wait to see what actually appears.
