Toyota has reported it's sales figures for October 2010 and the FJ Cruiser continues to do very well. Sales of the FJ are up 51.5% over October 2009, and overall FJ Cruiser sales are up 37.5% since 2009 with 12,590 FJ's sold to date. In October Toyota sold 1,240 FJCs versus only 849 in October 2009. With the FJ heading to Australia in 2011, things are looking very good for our favorite vehicle.

The web site www.toyotareference.com has revealed the color codes and samples for the 2011 FJ Cruiser changes. The Calvary Blue and Quicksand colors are both a little darker and more 'muted' than their previous versions (VooDoo Blue and Sandstorm). We took the sample from Toyota Reference and created a comparison image:
We can't wait to see the new colors in person!

The 2011 FJ Cruiser right hand drive version has been unveiled at the Sydney Motor Show. Pricing has been set at over $40,000 AUD (about $39K USD), so Aussies will be paying a premium for the privalege of driving an FJ. Check out more pics here.

Today Toyota announced pricing for the 2011 FJ Cruiser. Overall pricing for all models has gone up just over 4% vs. last year, with the biggest increase coming to the 4x2 model. For the first time the base price for the FJ Cruiser has topped the $25k mark, with the 4x2 model coming in at $25,090 (before adding accessories). Still no word on availability, but we should see them early in 2011. Full press release.
